Session Structure and Approach

Integration sessions are held online via secure Zoom connection, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are in the world.

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Available as single sessions or as part of ongoing integration work

  • Most clients choose to meet 2–3 times per month over 6–12 months for deep, transformational support

Each session is a sacred space — honoring your pace, your process, and your innate inner wisdom.
