I am deeply passionate about the journey of self-discovery and the path of returning home to your Self. By making meaning of our experiences—both in ceremony and in life—we can integrate the wisdom of the Medicine, Spirit and Self while staying grounded through profound spiritual and alchemical transformation. Through deepening our awareness of the body’s emotional landscape and uncovering the unseen or unrecognized parts of ourselves, we open the door to growth and transformation.

I also love guiding others to weave ceremony into everyday life, recognizing the interconnectedness of all things. By cultivating a relationship with nature, we find grounding, respite, synchronistic messages, and infinite teachings that support our journey home to ourselves.

With a lifelong dedication to learning and a deep, personal connection to this work, I’ve gathered a wealth of tools and insights to support you in your unfolding. I’ve had the honor of guiding dozens of individuals through their preparation and integration journeys, witnessing profound transformations along the way.

Walking the Medicine Path is a sacred honor in this phase of my life. I am deeply guided by my mentors and teachers—including medicine carriers, IFS trained practitioners, a network of integration guides —as well as my own relationship with Spirit, the Medicine, the natural world, and Self.
